Our Holistic Healing Approach
Our Holistic spiritual healing approach to wellness focuses on negative energies / entities in the body and surrounding space, which cause blockages, or harmful influences that can affect a person’s physical, emotional, mental, social or spiritual life. We focus over identifying the root
cause of the issues and symptoms and address the underlying cause which in turn create imbalance in one’s life. This consists of two parts:

First Session: Introductory & Diagnosis Session
The first session is basically an intake session or an initial assessment. We will ask about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. It’s primarily focused is on:
- Understanding your concerns, symptoms and challenges: You might discuss specific concerns e.g., anxiety, depression, relationship issues, physical and mental health issues ( OCD, Hallucinations, Tics etc ), paranormal activity, sleep disorders etc. You may be asked

- Any significant life event, after which these issues started.
- What triggers these feelings or situations?
- How are these challenges impacting your daily life?
- Any previous diagnosis.
- What measure did you take before?
- Do you feel no one understands your issues or concerns like e.g Skin Writing, Waswas, You feel like someone is following you etc
- Informing you about the whole process and answering any questions.
- Getting your consent that you believe in the healing through Ruqyah.
- Building harmonious relationship
- And setting the foundation for Ruqyah therapy, based on what information you’ve shared. Inform you, a tentative plan for Ruqha Healing therapy. Method, Techniques and Items we use.
Follow up Ruqyah Sessions
Book your next appointment for the Ruqyah session. Keep note of the number of sessions taken.
Make chart for the use of Salt & Oil for use during the session. The process for the use of Salt + Oil is given below.
After your first session, it is a good practice to begin journaling how you feel until your next session. You may note them on a notepad or on a mobile notes app.
Share Progress: Share with us your progress in each session and update us about issues that have been resolved.

Protection from Negative Energies
How to Use Salt & Oil
Sprinkle (salt+water mixture) around your space:
- Mix in cup or bowl a pinch of (spiritually charged salt).
- Stir the water counterclockwise
- Dip your finger in the mixture and walk around the living or work space and sprinkle on the floors.
Bathing with (salt+water mixture) and using Oil:
- Take bath as usual with soap
- Add 1 tsp in bucket or jar mix and pour over yourself.
Massage yourself with oil:
Pour a small amount into your palm, then rub your hands together to spread the oil evenly.
- Start by applying it to the body with gentle, circular motions.
- You may slightly warm the oil before applying it to the skin, if your want.
- Take bath as usual

⚠ Precaution
- Before going all in, do a small patch test on your skin, to check for any allergic reactions with the oil. Be cautious around sensitive areas, especially the eyes.
- If you’re warming the oil, make sure it’s just mildly warm. Overheated oil can cause skin irritation or burns.
Tip to wam the oil
- Double Boiler: Place your oil in a small bowl and heat it over a pot of warm water.
- Massage Bottle Warmer: Use a professional warmer for consistent temperature.
Other things You may do
- Repent, if you hurt someone. Make sincere intention and ask Allah to guide you and not to repeat in future. Allah is closer to you than your jugular vein.
Indeed, ˹it is˺ We ˹Who˺ created humankind and ˹fully˺ know what their souls whisper to them, and We are closer to them than ˹their˺ jugular vein. Quran surah Qaf (50:16)
- Salah is a blessing from Allah, keep up with it. Plan your day around the prayer times, not the other way around. Salah is obligatory on every Muslim five times a day.
Tips to keep up with your Salah:
- Stay in a state of wudu
- Keep the prayer mat with or around you
- If you are inconsistent with salah, surround yourself with Salah friendly environment.
- Devil does not want you to offer Salah and establish connection with Allah. So he makes it difficult for you to stay consistent with salah , it should never be forgotten that Allah is present to help you through. Make dua and ask Allah to make it easier for you to pray on time and remain consistent
- Give Charity (help others in need of guidance, support financial or physical presence). informing people about Ruqya.Help and guiding them to take help from us for their issues, which they may have not realized have spiritual issues as underlying cause.
- Read and understand Quran
- Zikr
- Use Himalayan salt rock lamp
Note
- We are not medical professionals

- You can use this salt in food also.
- We prefer to use Himalayan salt: A pink-hued salt sourced from the Himalayan Mountains
